high intensity interval sessions. No two classes are the same. Each individual session is highly planned and designed to challenge you in a different way to your last.
With your commitment, we will ensure you become fitter, stronger, leaner and can move
better.We use an online booking system MINDBODY
through which you may book your training sessions to suit your own schedule.
Full assessment at the beginning and end of the 21 DAY CHALLENGE in which we will assess your goals and record your body weight
A KICK START nutrition plan designed for YOU by Amanda, our qualified and registered nutritionist. Designed to stimulate
your metabolism and encourage your body to burn fat, build muscle and provide you with correct nutrition. You'll get access to delicious meal plans and simple recipes that focus on real,
wholesome foods and will help you create positive, healthy habits for the future.
