This simple breakfast recipe is quick and easy and just as delicious as the guilty pleasure of licking the bowl after chocolate cake baking...
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1/3 cup of milk/water (we used coconut quench)
1 tbsp sunflower seeds/pumpkin
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 banana (mashed or finely chopped)
Combine liquid and chia seeds an a bowl or glass jar, stir well and allow to sit for at least 20 min (or overnight)
Add all other ingredients, mix well and enjoy!!
