A new addition to our timetable, these classes are designed to improve your Kettlebell skills so that you can learn something new and make further progressions especially in our Strength with Kettlebell Classes!
These classes are instructional and skill based and can be done on your lower intensity days or as an adjunct to your regular training schedule.
